Tracy has spent the majority of her life residing in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine area, where she also raised her children to adulthood. Coming from a family with ties to both the military and law enforcement, she takes great pride in her community's rich heritage. Her commitment to fostering connections within her community, whether it's with neighbors, fellow church members, or prospective friends, fuels her passion for assisting others.

Known for her unwavering dedication, determination, and reliability, Tracy upholds a set of core values in all her endeavors. She places a high priority on effective communication and exceptional customer service, ensuring her customers receive the utmost care and attention. With extensive experience in various facets of real estate, including luxury properties, relocations, land acquisitions, and assisting military personnel and first responders, Tracy has helped countless individuals achieve their real estate goals. Her admiration for those who serve has led her to establish the "WAR Group Heroes Program" alongside her team.

Serving the entirety of Northeast Florida, including Clay, Duval, St Johns, Nassau, Bradford, Baker, and Putnam counties as well as Southeast GA and Orlando, Florida, as well as parts of Southeast Georgia and Orlando, Tracy embarked on her real estate journey in 2011. Formerly a leader of a Top 50 team in Northeast Florida, Tracy now leads her own team, WAR Group, under the eXp Realty umbrella—a vision that took root in 2011 and came into realization  in 2021.
